Larios had him out on his feet, JMM stunned him, Hussein dropped him with a jab, and Margarito hurt him to the body. I'm not saying he has a glass jaw but it isn't great and Mosley could clip him.

Pacquiao either has a great chin or incredible defense, because he hasn't been troubled for more than a few seconds since he's moved up from 130 - and that was from a body shot - and he's faced some decent punchers.
Pacquiao has benefited from fighting a bunch of flat footed fighters. His Chin hasn't been tested at the higher weights yet.
Margarito has one of the best chins I've ever seen and Mosley destroyed his ass. I don't think Pac's chin is the issue here. btw Larios definately floored Pacquiao

Thank god Manny at WW does not have LOW PUNCH RESISTANCE otherwise he would have to stay away from Cotto Clottey & Margarito and would only be able to fight Judah and Mosley at 39 or 40. You really need good punch resistance to face those 3 warriors as their power remains for a full 12rds.
You don't need punch resistance if they never hit you. Clottey was a punching bag the entire fight, Cotto never really caught Manny with a good shot, and Margarito hurt him to the body. I believe Mosley will connect and actually hurt Manny. If Pacquaio takes the shot well then I am clearly wrong.

Yes, it's not cool getting hit a lot. No matter how good your defense is, you're still gonna be hit. Do you really think Pac is that easy to hit? He wouldn't be where he is now if he was. Plus, he can take a punch. If Shane was able to hit and wobble Floyd, what makes you think the likes of Cotto, Clottey and Margarito can't? But then again, you can't get hit and hurt by guys you don't fight.
Pac's a lightweight fighting as a welter and taking shots from the likes of Cotto, Margarito, and Clottey. With the exception of a body shot from a 165lb version of Margarito, Pac's shown little ill effect. I'd say he indeed has a great chin.

Also Cotto, Margarito, Pacquiao have power over 12 rounds where an older fighter like Mosley isn't going to score to many ko's late in a fight. it is a big cushion for Floyd to know he can use his legs vs the older fighters and and relax as he knows the power will fade as the fight goes on. he lacks the power and the punch resistance to even attempt risking the late rounds with any of the big boys at WW.
