Apparently mate, but I don't want to see him in the ring again...even if he does want to make history with a 4th divisional title.

I guess I just prefer accuracy rather than quantity when it comes to combination's, it's why I consider Julio Cesar Chavez to be the greatest combination puncher of all time. I think Pacquiao hits very hard, his footwork is wonderful, the amount of punches he can throw in quick succession is amazing, and the angles he generates..equally amazing. But I don't rate him as a combination puncher. Nothing against the guy, no fighter is perfect.

Pac can sustain that for 12 rounds and then some. He just keeps going... and going... and going...

But that would be something huh? 1st Mexican to win a 4th division title. He'll one-up JCC Sr. Worth the risk?

JCC would be greater regardless, and I don't put as much stock in titles as lot of others. At the end of the day, if he wins he's beaten Paul Moses, who'd probably quickly fade into obscurity. He'd be a paper champion. 20 years from now, we'll still be talking about Marco, but not because he would have beaten Moses, but because of the Morales trilogy, his schooling of Hamed, and his ability to bounce back when he was all but counted out.

I just care about Barrera's health more than I do him making a comeback. He's had his time, and although I'll be one of those to re-watch his greatest ever triumphs, time and time again, he should just sit back, continue the great job he's doing for ESPN, and let some new up and coming Mexican future great chase the 4th title.

That's true about JCC. but it's still one for the record books if MAB prevails, not necessarily overtaking Chavez in legacy (impossible at this stage), I mean. If he can't be competitive against Moses I would agree with you, but this is MAB we're talking about.

Sad, but I believe he would've pulled off the 4-div-feat a while ago against the lesser Jesus Chavez. Too bad that fight didn't work out.

Barrera also started at Super Flyweight, and was in line for a world title but he decided to move up to 122lbs instead. Barrera was good enough to win titles from Super Flyweight all the way to Lightweight, it just didn't work out that way.

I was at the MEN Arena to watch Marco Antonio Barrera fight Britain's own Amir Khan. Naturally I was there to cheer on my favorite fighter ever and the reason I even watch the sport, but MAB was a no show. Instead, some slow, mechanical, old man turned up in his place. It was not a good night for me, as I knew what Marco, the real Marco, would have done to Khan that night.

I think so too. Pac has to step to right a little more and every thing he wants to land will land agasint the shoulder roll. Thats why I like to say that Mayweather will have to take the arms up high " Judah approach " but I think he will get tired of holding his hands that high and eventually roll shoulder, and get beat up.

Other than that Mayweather has to run , run and run some more. Then clinch , then stick an elbow in Pacs eye.

You assume Mayweather will get hit with 'non stop hard punches'.

    Hasn't really happened yet.

Umm, no they didn't. Only 11 or 12 were even thrown, maybe 4 were even glancing blows, 1 or 2 flush.
