PAcquiao is trying to get his hands on floyd who seems to be making multiple excuses to avoid the fight.

He fought an Italian in Gatti as for Irish I don't know but he fought Hatton and he's British close enough.

These slick fighters you want him to fight would've have been KO'd much quicker. Atleast Pac fought the granite chinned elites, instead of the slick runners and showboaters. Besides, we are about to see, hopefully, the fight against the slickest black of all, in PBF. Now that's a challenge that will surpass any black ass dude that Manny might have ignored.

I thought it was "african american" fighters? Ledwaba was the best fighter of any skin colour at 122 - Are African's not black enough?

Maybe it's because sub 135 there were not that many great blacks of any ethnicity to fight?

But the question remains - Who has Pac ducked that fits the criteria?

Why did the thread starter decide to bring this stupid **** now, when it looks like the Pac vs Mayweather will very likely happen.:patsch Are they trying to claim that Pac's team is trying to avoid Floyd because he's black? I don't get some Floyd fans. That's why a lot of them get labeled "groupies", and rightly so.

I don't buy into this theory. There havn't been many black fighters to face Pacquiao at super feather and below. He obviously wasn't planning on a long stay at lightweight, they just picked the easiest beltholder and moved on. Then they fought the best (or at least most accomplished) 140lber, that was Hatton. Then they fought the second best (or maybe third depending on how you looked at it) welterweight.

That's idiotic what does your race have to do with anything, if you're a good fighter, you're a good fighter. That's like saying Caucasian quarterbacks and coaches have a rich history in football so they are better than the other races.

Ledwaba - The best at 122 when Pac won his title.

Nate Campbell - KTFO'd by Robbie Peden twice - Pac would have banged the surly clean out of that whiner.

    Or

So instead of fighting the KO's victims, he KO'd the men that defeated them...the problem is?

    Nicely done.

Btw Gimp C even went so far as mention Devon Alexander and the Patterson brothers as examples of slick black fighters that Pac ducked :patsch:patsch
