Pacquiao is definitely the best fighter of the decade.
He beat the best fighters. I would have Hopkins 2, and Floyd 3. Hopkins tested himself and Floyd didn't. Floyd could rank much higher, but he didn't test himself.

 

Pac is the best of the decade by a mile. Only twisted bias Floydette ****heads would disagree. I actually think Floyd would struggle to get 2nd place in a FOTD poll, as B-Hop has beaten better fighters while turning in a similar standard of performance.

I probably fall in that category as Floyd is my favorite boxer... but mannys definatly had a better decade
