Pacquiao is definitely the best fighter of the decade. He beat the best fighters. I would have Hopkins 2, and Floyd 3. Hopkins tested himself and Floyd didn't. Floyd could rank much higher, but he didn't test himself.
Pac is the best of the decade by a mile. Only twisted bias Floydette ****heads would disagree. I actually think Floyd would struggle to get 2nd place in a FOTD poll, as B-Hop has beaten better fighters while turning in a similar standard of performance.

im willing to bet if he fights Floyd this year....the shyt changes....only IF he loses though...boxing is really a what have you done for me lately type thing and right now Pac is by far more active with meaniful fights....i dont think he is the best but he certainly has done far more than anyone else the WHOLE decade.
