You could always add controversial/debated fights as well such as Chavez or DLH for Whitaker, its only fair.

Also, Oscar clearly surpasses Roy, Floyd and Whitaker in my book, just he's such an ******* lately we like to forget his awesome resume (controversials counted): Paez, Molina, Hernandez, Chavez*2, Whitaker, Camacho, Quartey, Trinidad, Vargas, Mosley (2nd fight), 6 weight classes.

Also, IMO Hopkins' resume (incl. 10 year reign, all 4 titles) is better than some of these guys', he'll just have to wait a decade so his career could get proper judgement (Johnson, Trinidad, De La Hoya, Wright, Pavlik, Tarver, with debated losses to Taylor, Calzaghe)

I think Pacquiao surpassed most resumes right now and competing with Oscar's. But no matter where you put him, he's an A+++ ATG and the past decade's best! Such a great great fighter, and not yet finished!

I have seen the fight, and from memory, I didn't have a big problem with the decision. Though it was a long time ago, memory could be failing me.

Regardless, it was close to the end of Ramirez's career, which was the primary point, not that he lost.

Whitaker beat Ramirez the first time around just as much as he beat him the second, or as much as he beat Chavez.

Other notable wins are McGirt, (multiple time champion and perpetual p4p contender) Roger Mayweather, (2 weight champion) Greg Haugen, (2x lightweight champion and WBO Jr. Welter champion) Pineda, (Jr. Welter champion, gave Zab Judah and Corey Spinks a run for their money as late as 2004 and 2002, respectively) Nazario, (Lightweight champion) Hurtado, (Jr. Welter champion) Harold Brazier, (who finished his career with more than 100 wins, giving Whitaker 3 fighters he beat with more than 100 wins) etc. There are a few more notable ones, like Jorge Paez (2x featherweight champion) and so on.

Like I said, not all of these are household names, but all were either contenders or beltholders. It's a pretty stacked listed, it was done in fewer fights than Pacquiao, and it includes two ATGs in Chavez and Nelson, and a couple of hall of famers.

I'm not putting Pacquiao down. I love the guy, he's my favorite active fighter. I'm just saying not willing to rank him that high yet.

Whitaker also beat JCC. Watch the fight again if you dispute this.

Pacquiao's best wins: Barrera, Marquez (Felt he lost twice), (Old, then Shot) Morales, (Old, Dehydrated) Oscar, (Post Floyd) Hatton, (Post Margarito) Cotto.

Pac has not yet surpassed tommy hearns skill wise yet.
    Pac has not surpassed whitaker.
Prime JCC was something else as well, but it could be argued pac has surpassed him overall.
Pac is a true atg, maybe the best fighter since sweet pea.

Shut up Gandalf. Go rile up your ******* hobbits and keep doing what you do best - licking balls and hating anything that doesn't begin with Manny and end with Pacquiao.
