pac gets hyped outa control, so definetly pac. they're both excellent fighters though but the *******s are outa control in their fantasy match ups to the point where they've had him beating duran and whitaker on here. if that ain't as good as people think I dunno what is

oh come on. He's been fighting since he was a boy. We have a MASSIVE body of work and challenges I think we know how good he is. If fact now he is UNDERRATED as everyone is trying to find ways of putting down his latest victories.

After ODH: DLH was shot no props to Pac whatsoever
After Hatton: er...that was pretty good...um....Hatton was crap...er his camp was disrupted....um....he was shot after fought Mayweather.

What's the excuse going to be after he destroys his next opponent?

NO. It's called having 'respect' for yourself. You get paid what you are worth. why should the F*CKING POUND 4 POUND F*CKING NUMBER 1 HAVE AN EVEN SPLIT WITH HIS OPPONENTS!

The same as if you were doing a great job at work you'd expect to get paid accordingly otherwise you are a 'F*CKING WALKOVER' and no-one will respect you.

Just because Pac is a humble guy it doesn't mean he is a WALKOVER.

I disagree. Pac fans are hyped up purely by his fights. Mayweather fans are hyped up by Mayweather's words.

I know which one is more important.

you are a fight fan. if i was only concerned with skill i would lobby for the use of bigger gloves and headgear for pros. you could make it safe and still get a winner from scoring blows and hype.
i love boxing because of the danger and drama involved and the commitment it takes to be at the top of the heap. it takes heart to prove you are the best because the toughest challenges are not overcome by a weak heart.
i dont think floyd is a coward. i do think he is afraid of people realizing he has doubts about his chances against fighters with certain advantages. hes got 5 fights to prove to everyone that his heart is just as big as the atg. for floyds sake, i would love to see him get beat, get humble, avenge loss and clean up 147. that would make him the legend he so wants to be.

good point. but like motor racing people want to see someone in that position of danger and audiences for both sports would suffer if the public lost that 'X' factor - which both sports rely on for marketability.

Agreed. it's hard not to get worked up when someone is calling themselves the greatest of all time. Especially when it's not true. Boxers in the past have fought to the edge of their lives and I find t hugely disrespectful that someone who takes no risks and fights 'for money' says they are better than them.

All Pac does is fight and people go WAY out of their way to smash him down and discredit his victories.

it's important to remember that floyd did EXACTLY what pac did pre-gatti, which was take on all comers and he dominated.

to say that floyd "takes no risks" is being disrespectful because when you fight in the lower weights there is no money to be made (relatively speaking), smaller men aren't so well known, and these guys don't have the luxury to pick and choose and so they do fight the best guys.

but because floyd never got much airtime pre-gatti people are undermining what he has achieved through his entire career and judging him since he began making money (and talking all his crap) only it seems.

Floyd: I want more money than Pac

Arum: We want more money than Floyd

Pac: Floyd aint that good I want to fight him he has no balls

    now make your own conclusions

Maybe Arum vs. Floyd in PPV next
