    I know it hurts, but think about this: besides Pacquiao, what other great boxer comes from the Phillipines? It was too good to be true. ****, even i feel bad. Im a fan of great boxers and I truly thought that he was great. If he refuses those tests, he know longer fits into that category. He's another Shane Mosley or Margarito or James Toney. Roach is Lewis Panama. What a fraud.

    replying to what was the inevitable arguement to follow.
    call it pre-emptive.
    let me slap this shoe on yer foot. do you think manny pacquiao has never taken a blood test? do you suppose you know better how a blood test effects manny pacquiao, than manny pacquiao himself?
    pacquiao has 15 more pro fights than floyd mayweather jr. has. he's not going to deplete his blood level two days before a fight.

    your pretty slow huh... ped's dont help fight night there used to aid him during his training to build his strength for fight night, and they leave your system very quickly, and no there is no 2-5 day window before they show up to take the test, they are random, which is the only way to catch use of a substance that leaves your system so quickly, all you morons on here need to stop making excuses for tht cheater pacquiao, and face the music and realize it is what it isno clean fighter would turn down 40 million because of superstition
