Castillo was very big at lightweight. And I think people forget Castillo fought quite a bit well over 135. But I've never seen anyone without hands peed give Pac any problems. Not to mention pressure is Manny's specialty. A counter puncher will give him more problems.I really think Manny KO's him in the mid rounds.
How & when did Pacquiao become a speed demon w/Wille Pep like boxing skillz?... (That Hatton fight must have really blinded alot of people) I like the Pac-man aswell, But danm!!! chill with the he would outbox/dance ****!!! Pac ain't boxing circles around anyone.
Speed Demon **** he's always been known for unmatched speed and power. I've never heard anyone compare Pac with Pep much like you wouldn't compare him with Whittaker. Because Pac isn't a defensive fighter.
PAC by late round stoppage. He edge is with PAC in terms of Pop, skill and speed. Castillo would still be a bit physically stronger though.
Dude is fast, But alot of people making it seem like he's untouchable all of a sudden. Everytime I read a Pac fantasy thread, The he will "outbox" comment always comes out...LMAO I just laugh when people say that. Cause we all know Manny is know for his "Slick Boxing"
Although a lot of people are saying that Pac is untested @ 135, keep in mind that in the Hatton fight, he weighed in at 138 easily, so IMO the Pac we're seeing now @140 would pretty much be the same Pac we would see @135
It's unfair to compare two fighters this way; the best way to compare two fighters of different eras is when they are both done because most of the time the active fighter gets the edge because we haven't seen they fall yet; as invencible as we look at Pac today, but eventually somebody will come and is going to beat the **** out of him and only then we are going to start looking at his flaws. When we saw Tyson in his prime we tought he was the best heavyweight ever, today he is lucky just making the top 10. Anyway I think JLC beats Pac maybe TKO late
