for me the first fight is notable as castillo was even outspeed then, against an opponent who did not constantly retreat. pac's hand, and more importantly foot, speed will tell the tale. not to say pac will retreat, and my apologies to the poster above who stated it first, but i feel he would have worked in and out firing rapid combinations and retreating before the payback. however, castillo WOULD be able to draw him into a war and pac's inside game is not on castillo's level
pac by decision. he's too fast for castillo. yes, castillo was a very good inside fighter (and a very good boddy puncher) but pac will not fight him in the inside. he'll use his footwork and will go in and out like the way he did in the dlh fight. castillo will have his moments, but imo, will not be sufficient to slow down pac.
Prime for prime at 135? Castillo all the way. However, looking at Pac's track record, Pac and Roach would have chosen to fight Castillo right after Corrales I. They have a habit of going after battle-worn Mexicans. Although it did backfire against Morales I and JMM I & II.
Cos Castillo fights exactly like Morales  Castillo's biggest claim to eliteness is loosing a hard fought battle to a 1 handed Floyd. Honestly, I rate Castillo but he's not elite...a B+ fighter at best. The likes of Floyd, Pac are just above him, p4p MAB, JMM, Morales are all a level above too.
pac in the first morales fight is not yet in his prime. and imo, he has a better chance of winning against come forward fighters i think roach is going to have a very good strategy/plan for this fight.
Pacquiao by UD....i say that reluctantly, but i think his combination of great movement, smarts, hand speed, and big punching power would edge it. barely.
Corrales did it and Pac is a lot more accurate and will probably land more...why is it impossible? "Even a rock will break if you hit it often enough".
hey mate, you expect castillo to win this poll? I say not by a long shot, you know with all us *******s around, he ain't got no chance. :happy
