Pacquiao vs Hatton what should be the purse split?

I think Hatton needs Pac more than Pac needs Hatton.

Really it should be close to 50-50 though. This is the biggest fight for both of them so they would be wise to be fair and just make the ****ing fight.


Reason I think that Pac has more options is that he is willing to move around a bit. Hatton is determined to be at 140 and there isnt anyone else there right now. Also the DLH fight for Hatton is pretty much killed now.

Pac could jump back down to 135 or fight a stiff at 147 or try to get PBF to comeback immediately. Hatton is just chilling at 140 right now waiting for something good to come along.

 

No he isn't. Hatton said himself he would move up to 147 any time to take on a big fight. He had nothing else left at 140 before Pac just won.

 

I think he is better at 147 than he gives himself credit for - and uses it as an excuse for the defeat.

It was his first time up in weight, he misjudged the preparation quite badly, he still won.

 

He changes his mind so much I cant keep track of it. Last I heard it was 147 was too big for him and he needs to be at 140 at his best, but I think you are right he mentioned 147 recently. I believe he was suggesting the DLH fight at 147 which isnt going to happen now. I dont think we will see him against Margo or Cotto at 147.

60/40 in favor of PAC is very fair IMO. PAC is definitly the one who should have the lions share although BOTH men are equal in their popularity and fame considering how loyal UK fans are for Hatton. But given that fact! PAC is the Draw in the US and he is the #1 P4P champ without a doubt.

Pac on the other hand has other options.

 

if hatton is allowed to keep all the uk ppv then 40 % for hatton would be fair as he will earn $20 million from that alone.

60-40 for Pac sounds fair to me. Ok so Hatton can draw people from Britain to Vegas but so what? Pac can do the same with people from the Philipines, and on top of that Pac is P4P #1 right now. And he has more known names on his resume. Hatton only has two known names, Kozta and PBF....And he was Koed BAD by PBF (out of all people)...:yep..The same PBF that didnt even put a didnt on Oscar's face when they fought, Pac in the other hand destroyed Oscar. And made him quit.....:yep
