ill answer it son 1. it was not OSDT any way because they will be tested in a three month period only, why not sched the testing dates in the first place? its not like you have a magic drug that will disappear just 1 day before the test. 2. he did not deny testing, he negotiated how the testing will be done simple as that. 3. well everyone is doing it now, still not OSDT like floyd wanted but who gives a **** as long as they are ok with it yeah.
