To avoid time wasting, it should be done by someone he's favoured to beat. That would have so much more meaning and the hilarity following that would be off the roof. That fight does jack for Pac's legacy. Paulie's been looking **** poor for a while now. Pac should be fighting Brook.
even at Paulies best he stands no chance with Pac different levels. Pac fighting Paulie would be a joke.
Paulie is a loud mouth, but he has heart. He'd take a horrendous beating. I don't think Pac should fight him, why give him a payday when he's been talking non-stop about him?
The funny thing about all of this is....Pac doesn't even know who Paulie is! This is really about Roach vs Paulie rather than Pac, Roach should just send in another one of his fighters to take care of Paulie. What about Provodnikov or .....Ortiz comeback? Those would at least be interesting fights.
I'm not gonna lie, I would love to see this fight. Just to see Paulie get his ass completely dominated, outboxed, and beaten the hell out of. Yes, Pacquiao will outbox him! Paulie sucks (in relative standards to Pac's level). Algieri would beat Paulie. This fight would be just like the Pac / Algieri fight, WITHOUT Algieri's size advantage.
