Why can't everyone wait First and see how Spence perform against Shawn Porter?

People are way too excited in Spence fighting the 8 Division Champ when Spence hasn't even beaten Pacman's Ex-sparing partner yet.
First things first, Let's see how he shows up against Porter then we can see more clearly and reality what Spence has for Pacman.
As far as I am concerned, Spence was not impressive against a 2 weight class smaller in Mikey so...

Its just boxing discussion. We all have our opinions. No hard feelings, no ill will. Thanks for just being civil even in disagreement. My apologies if I came across in any type of negative way. :beer-toast1:

I wouldnt judge Spence by his performance against Garcia. I think Spence made a point of outboxing Garcia to show his skills. He could have brutalized him but chose not to.

I wouldn't want to see Pac fight a beast like Spence. I don't think he would do well.

I want to see Spence vs Bud.

PAC. Just because I like him. When you a fighter you DGAF if he’s up against Thor or the hulk. You’ll vote for him.

It would be a shame seeing a living legend like Pac-Man getting seriously hurt. This isn't manny of 8 years ago, even if he beat Thurman, he was already getting tagged more often than he should be at this age and by a hard puncher.....I really hope he calls it quits. Now.

You telling me Manny looked great in that fight? He won yes, but that wasn't Manny we used to seeing. He slowed down alot, he doest throw nearly as many pinches and his feet are not the same.

Would you rather see him leave the ring on a stretcher? Or getting seriously hurt like Adonis or someone else ... He is old now, that's it.

Had he not hurt Thurman to the body in the 10th, I'm pretty convinced he would have lost that fight, or worse, get stopped.

Thurman was coming on 2nd half of the fight and Pac was spent. Him hurting Thurman was a saviour and the crazy thing is, he hurt Thurman but it didn't put him ahead in terms of vigour, it just helped to balance things out and drop Thurman to his level of tiredness because that's how tired Pac was. Pac was as tired as someone who just got whacked to the body and suffered broken ribs.

If Pac somehow got his stamina back, I'd pick him vs. Spence, but right now, someone who can pressure him for 12 rounds non-stop will just beat him down, even if he were to win the first 5 rounds of the fight.
