    Seriusly???

These guys all have avg to ok defense, & none had good defense!! Clottey defense isn't defense & a big part of a good to great defense is the ability to counter which Clottey doesn't and has never have!! He sit sits there w/a high guard, he doesn't move his head or use footwork so pls never make that foolish statement again him!!:patsch U even go as far as saying Margo used alot of defense against Manny so I guess using ur head to block punches is considered using alot of defense!!

Bottom line is none of those guys are in JCC or Pea's class except Oscar but not the one Manny fought by a long mile!!

People should stop comparing the past from the present, either way, nobody is proven right. Just a waste of time. Funny how some gets emotional tho. :)

I grew up watching Chavez and Whitaker.

No doubt in my mind that Pacquiao KO's Chavez. Chavez fights the exact style that Manny loves.

Whitaker, I have my doubts. I think saying that Pea would clown Pacquiao is ridiculous, but, I would favor Whitaker right now. I think it would be a very ugly fight, as Pea would clench Pac all night long.

MAB, EM and JMM are ALL Oscar's class or even a little above it. Also, counterpunching is OFFENSE son, not defense. Cotto also has an excellent defense. You don't GET to the championship level without a good defense. Just because YOU can't see it doesn't mean it's not there. It means you don't know what you're looking at.

Exactly. Like Ramirez didn't exist and Whitaker never got touched or was in a close fight against lesser fighters than Pac in his prime.

That first McGirt fight was close but Pea did show his class. But Buddys nowhere near Pacquaio either. Its really pointless. Someone made a comment, no one clowns prime Pac and vice versa, these guys are in the same level.

    You can't be serious!!:patsch

"Cotto has an excellent defense"??? Counter punching is when u avoid an opponents shots(defense) & counter w/ur own!! It's a part of anyone with great or excellent defense!! Cotto didn't have it excellent defense, it was ok or avg at best & I see u stopped bringing up Clottey since I killed ur lil myth about his defense!!

I should call u son since u obviously just started getting into boxing!! It shows & you obviously can't comprehend or realistically break down the difference!! I'm not speaking from a bias standpoint like u! I like Clottey but & aint gonna give him intangables he doesn't have nor Cotto!!

Let's not forget u said Margo used a lot of defense while fighting Manny which totally makes u noncredable!! I would just stop now if I were u!!

Clottey's defense is much like Winky Wright's, and they're both excellent defensive fighters. I simply didn't feel the need to bring up EVERY ******ed 'point' you make, believing that three or four would be enough. Looks like I was wrong.

    :lol::lol::lol:

I though you might come to Pea defence.

Who did you pick between Pac and Hatton , Cotto, Clotley, Maracheato and how did you think it would go?

If you were wrong with some of the above do you think that you could be wrong with your above choices? ( if you got them spot on then a thousand pardons)

I would say that they would be close below 140 (with both), but would Favour Pac at WW. I think a bout between Pac and Pea would be like Pea vs DLHO , were each side would say that they won, and Pac would win a close UD, due to his agrestion.

    LMAO!!!

Nah bruh, once again ur putting a lower level boxer in a class he doesn't belong in to try and validate ur point!! Just stop, when u look in the mirror u see the real ******!! Pac's a great fighter but don't go giving other fighters intangables to validate his wins or state why he'd beat certain fighters!!

You people are overrating the old boys so much, if you can't appreciate Pacquiao for what he is then it's your fault but people will go to their graves insisting what they believe whether it's right or wrong.
