Tell me about man. My Filipino friends kept saying it was a lowblow. I must have good eyes since I seen it was a punch to the chin.

The YouTube video quality of that fights sucks.

    Poor VHS copy, probably.

I myself thought this punch was weird myself, it looked Torrecampo rammed his shoulder into Pac's chin.

Pac's chin is better than average but not great. In recent fights against both Barrera and Marquez he took punches that shook him up. Pac's gift isn't his chin so much as his speed which hurts the other guy first.

in the marquez fights, he was stunned quite a bit at various points and seemingly close to getting KO'd but never KO'd....

He's got a real good chin. He's taken some very good shots and has withstood a bunch of them, but against Oscar it will be different since he is facing a much stronger fighter than he ever has in his career.

Wow. It really looks like a low blow from that video. But yeah it was a punch straight to the chin as i remember it.

his chin got better as he moved up in weight, i was impressed how he took marquez' combinations while being off balanced in their 2nd fight and still be standing

totally agreed. many people thought it was a lowblow b/c of the clip from youtube, but when i first saw the fight (prior to the uploaded video at youtube), it was clearly a punch to the chin :deal

    i'll rate pac's chin 8/10. i think it improved a lot

17 years and a couple of months, IIRC.
