I am relaxed dude. I wasn't implying anything, I've watched that sequence numerous times and my opinion is that he was definitely hurt. You, Boom_Boom and others think he wasn't hurt at all, that's fine, I think he was, as he was caught in mid air, on the button and with full force. I said "correct me if I'm wrong" cause I don't remember Pac being stunned/hurt/buzzed/whatever in another fight since that one.

Age and weight. He was a teenager in the lower weights, I have no doubt a fully grown man at 25-35 can take a better punch than a 17-21yr old. It is also well documented that Pac was extremely weight drained in those 2 fights het got KTFO.

In Pacquiao's previous three bouts, I've only seen a handful of clean punches, with power, landing fairly flush.
Hatton stunned him in the 2nd round of there bout, I say stunned, it was more like it stopped Pacquiao in his tracks.
Cotto hit Pacquiao hard on a few occasions, but the majority of Cotto's punches were landing to the body, or round Pacquiao's guard onto his ears etc.
Clottey landed on numerous occasions throughout the bout, but Clottey threw not one punch with any intention to hurt Pacquiao.

The 2nd bout with Marquez - more punches were coming back at Pacquiao, and they were coming back alot faster. It was also obvious Marquez' style was causing him all sorts of problems.

Pacquiao's defense has improved since then aswell, and he is not just gung-ho for 12 rounds anymore. He has adopted a sort of patient approach nowadays.

It's good that you are a believer. I have some of those PEDs that Pac is taking. You can pm me your credit card details if you want to have some samples of that. It's very effective, I assure you. :good

Hmmm i wonder if the same thing happened in the Morales trilogy or the DLH fight. Maybe even the Cotto fight.....

Its funny now Pac fans use that excuse when JMM rocked him. But when arguin those other fights they fail to mention that other than the DLH fight.

It's because he's not weight drained at the higher weights. Less water in the body means more rattling around of the brain in the skull, and less fluid to keep the cochlea in line.
