Are you being sarcastic? Are all you guys talking about his amazing work ethic in this video kidding? The guy is working at about 20% capacity and goofing around for the entire video. I've seen clips of him training intensley and I know his work ethic is unquestionable, but it's certainly not on display in this video. I can only imagine what your training regime looks like if you think this is a display of an amazing work ethic.
I was the same, I was so lazy, and my trainer hated it cus I blowing all the top guys in the gym out but after like the fourth round of hard sparring I was tired and my spirit had gone. Much much more determined now though.
Khan has stated he's never seen anyone train as hard as pac. I can't remember where I read the article but Khan was inspired by the kind of work ethic he saw from PAC.
exactly. A full time athelete should do this no problem. I wish I had the time off from work to get so fit. All professional boxers should be able to do this.
