How so? Pacquiao hasn't fought any African-Americans. That's a fact. Now if someone says he's avoiding them, then that's where dissagreements arise. It really doesn't matter anyway.

Sparring is different but fact of the matter is Manny has beat guys who are better than most of the African american fighters that was in or around his division. In the WW divison there are MORE african American fighters to choose from which means Manny will most definitely face one or two before his career is a wrap. But regardless........you won't beat Manny if you don't have the god given gifts, talent and ability to match his own. No matter what style you have, where you are from or if you are african American or straight up African. It would help if you have a nice size advantage of him as well.:yep

First off, do you know for a fact that he has U.S citizenship? Second, if he does that would make him a Ghanaian-American. Third, African-American is generally used to describe Black-American slave descendants. Clottey does not fit this description. Fourth, this is a pointless discussion.

lol if a fighter is going to try and emulate money they r going to b useless because its going to b nothing like hw he boxes, they both need to spar against top guys to get in shape and just cotinue to do what they have been, i do believe this fight will b won by stoppage if it actually comes off

but im guessing floyd will stop pac. he has already ****ed with his head and mentally raped him he jus need to get him in the ring. despite floyd nt hving alot of kos he punches harder than alot of people think he cud have stopped shane if he really went for it but he was potshotting he could have stopped marquez but he was just sharpening up from the layoff he had and wanted to get bk in2 it.

im not ruling out a pac win here just fin it unlikely.. to this day we stildnt knw how pac wud b able to take a ww punch full on. oscar didnt land **** hatton idnt land ****. cotto was outboxing him until he realised that pac was faster than him and clottey wud hav made interesting fight if he actuaslly threw a few punches

i always think comming wit a set gp against Floyd is never good but maybe Roach proves me wrong.....but i think alot of the problem Mosley had was just being confused trained for a certain way looked for certain things when he didnt see them and floyd changed the way he fought it made Mosely hesistant and wasnt comfortable.

The first two rounds Floyd went in the shell defense exactly what Naz had Mosley preped for. When Floyd went high guard and pressed Mosley and stood in the pocket....Mosley immediately was confused gun shy and hesitant because i think he was thinking too much.

I think they should just let Pac fight off instincts and prepare him to be the best Pac EVER on point in all phases.....im not sure giving him a gameplan to execute is a good route because Floyd can break gp's down adjust to them take away what ur looking for...then what? Pac's not the most adaptable fighter because he hasnt had to. Physicaly he can beat Floyd reason i give him a punchers chance im not sure mentally he is anywhere close to Floyd reason i pick floyd to win this fight.

None of those guys will really prepare him for Floyd. I don't know if there is any sparring partner that can prepare Floyd for Pacquiao either.

It matters because people who say that know that there aren't any he could have fought but didn't that were considered the best. Right now the best and possibly greatest African American of this generation seems to be someone Pacquiao is looking to fight. Was there anyone at this level in the lower weights?

If Mayweather's your opponent, no sparring partner is going to be perfect. You need a combination of fighters each resembling the different qualities of Mayweather. Khan and Forbes is a good start, and possibly Berto too if he’s willing. Like I said, they may not be the exact remedy for the Mayweather puzzle, but they’ll go a long way in helping Pac prepare.
