Fighting Whyte in England brings more attention to AJ-Parker.

Seems team Parker want to fight the winner of Haye-Bellew 2 while the real champs Joshua-Wilder collide.

What happened to your prediction man? You said Hughie was going to win lol? You'll pick a winner someday.

Under rather shady circumstances. Parker outa do the right thing and give Hughie a rematch!

Parker is a great fighter no doubt... But his promoter is shady as hell. Peter almost had to smash Higgins. And it appears as though he paid off the judges.

I just want a fair playing field. Not it being an even, close fight by even Hughies biggest critics but losing by the score of 1118- 110. Thats a fn ridiculus score.

They really don't. They've been making it really clear that they want to fight him, but it's also clear that both them AND Matchroom are keen to raise Parker's profile in the UK/world before that happens.

If this Jennings fight happens then it is quite possible (assuming wins in rather dangerous fights) against Jennings, then Haye/Bellew winner, then Wilder/Joshua winner. That would be a mega aggressive bunch of fights to take, but hells teeth - if Parker manages to keep winning against everyone up until the winner of a Wilder/Joshua match and people STILL act like Parker doesn't deserve to be a champion then I'm going to seriously have some spinal issues from all the smh

Parker is not separating himself from his competition hence people remain skeptical.
However, he is fighting consistently the best opposition of the 3 title holders. Yes Joshua clearly has the best win and I believe Joshua defeats Parker, but Joe's run has been good. Credit where credit is due. Ruiz, Fury, Takam. There is nothing wrong with that, they are all more deserving than Arreola, Molina, Duhaupas, Szpilka.

    That is utter nonsense.

Parker is not defending against the best competition. Parker has defended against Razvan Cojanu and Hughie Fury (not Tyson Fury, Hughie Fury).

And I don't know why you guys continue to praise Carlos Takam ... who has beaten NO ONE of note. Takam drew with freaking Mike Perez, for God's sake.

And Andy Ruiz's best win came in controversial decision over Sergei Liakhovich AFTER Wilder destroyed Liakhovich and left him convulsing on the floor.

Molina knocked out Adamek. Ruiz and Takam don't have any wins that good. Duhaupas knocked out Helenius. Ruiz and Takam don't have any wins that good. Hell, neither does Parker.

And people have been loudly debating whether Parker deserved the wins over Ruiz and Hughie.Think Hughie Fury jabs and runs for 12 against either of them (Joshua or Wilder)? Think Razvan Cojanu lasts with Wilder and Joshua? Think bloated little Andy Ruiz gets robbed of a decision against Joshua and Wilder?

Joseph Parker has gone off the rails. He needs a new trainer RIGHT NOW.

And I don't even know if Parker can beat Jennings at this point. And Jennings hasn't looked good since 2012. And Jennings just came off a three-year period where he (Jennings) didn't win a fight - until he showed up in Nebraska recently and his West Virginia opponent took a couple knees in the second round.

Hell, I'd make ERIC MOLINA a live dog over Joseph Parker at this point. Whatever Parker had a couple years ago isn't there anymore. Parker is BARELY GETTING BY guys who Joshua and Wilder would DESTROY.

    And I mean DESTROY.

Takam gave PEDvetkin his stiffest test aside from his loss to Klitschko, and Mike Perez just gave Mairis Briedis (WBC Cruiserweight titleholder) the toughest fight of his career after having not had a serious fight in 2 years.

I guess it's hard to speculate here, but I suspect Ruiz/Fury would do better against AJ and Wilder than you give them credit for.

Cojanu I won't make excuses for beyond him fighting a mega negative fight, that was clearly a really bad day in the office. I personally feel Parker was fighting pretty well against Hughie, not AJ beating at all (though who is right now?) but I still could see him causing Wilder issues if he can avoid the bombs.

If all things pan out as expected ... Parker/Haye, the winner fights Joshua ... makes most sense IMO.

Actually Marco Huck gave Povetkin his stiffest test other than Klitschko. Two first-round losers in the current cruiserweight tournament (Huck and Perez) were Povetkin's most notable wins in the past five years.

Takam got wasted by Povetkin. Takam's big wins came over guys in their 40s. If you're a name and you aren't 40ish, Takam shouldn't pose a problem.

And Ruiz and Hughie do nothing to keep Wilder or Joshua off of them, IMO.

Parker is regressing in my eyes. He fights someone with power (like Browne, which is rumored), he's going to lose.

Oh right, I'll have to watch that - to be honest I'd not seen that fight.

I DID see that fight and that's not how I saw it, before the 10th where I feel it could be argued he was staying effective in a way he may not have if he wouldn't have been able to - granted, those PEDs weren't YET legislated against... but it wasn't an even playing field and wouldn't be valid now. Despite that, I thought the fight was very competitive up until then.

I guess we may never know, I moreso agree with the Joshua line but I think Joshua should be seen a pretty solid favourite against any current HW aside from maybe Ortiz.

Until the Fury fight I would have absolutely agreed. I think Lucas Browne would be a good fight for Parker now, but I doubt that'd be made as he is not a valid WBO contender.

Liakhovich, Duhaupa, Helenius, Molina arent ranked above Fury, Ruiz and Takam. Check the proof underneath.

Ruiz and Takam feature quite a bit on there ;) they must've done something to be ranked above the guys you seem to insinuate are better fighters.

Jennings deserves the shot. He is a totally acceptable opponent for the title holder, in my opinion. Would be a good, and close, fight.

Still my preferred next opponent for Parker.

They're now talking February next year for this fight though so presumably Jennings is facing someone else in December.

If the fight is in Vegas, look out for corruption. Byrd will give every round to whomever pays her the most..............Parker should fight winos like Wilder, get all knockouts..................
