****ing hell. Boxing fans are absolutely ridiculous.
Meanwhile in MMA, guys are 12-12 and the fans absolutely love them because they come to fight, and fight the best.
In boxing you take one loss and they call for your retirement.

What an absolutely pathetic post. After countless created threads about this guy being the second coming and utter deluded arrogance about his skills and standing, he takes a loss and you turn your back on him and declare he needs to retire? Talk about throwing your toys out of your pram. I'm guessing the Parker posters and Parker bed set with matching pyjamas are now in the trash?

He's lost only 1 fight and is in his mid 20s ffs. He can be a solid contender/minor title holder for the next decade.

It was disappointing from Parker's perspective, unwilling/unable to raid Joshua's defences in between the nice movement, but the plain facts are he is the first to disrupt that KO streak and took very little punishment in the process.

The best thing for Parker would be a new trainer, work on forging a more focused style when fighting bigger men, but he is not going to leave Kevin...

No need to retire. He could easily work his way back into contention for another shot at AJ in a couple of years. Time that could be spent working on a more effective strategy.
