Partial Bicep Tendon Tear

I started only two threads in this forum and both of them have people arguing... Chill out guys. And yes apparently a major tear would be the tendon completely coming off. I still have full ROM so I guess it isnt that bad.

I went to see an orthopaedic the day that I posted this thread and he said it was nothing to worry about, just give it 1 or 2 months, and xray wouldnt be necessary to see if it requires surgery...
