No surprise if Pac fights in April, i've said it in at least 2 of my earlier posts that when Floyd was out of the way either in jail or having signed to fight someone else, Pac's severe injury would suddenly heal and he could fight again. No wonder the Pacfans were celebrating like crazy when FMJ has sentenced to jail, they knew then their hero could soon "heal up" and fight again.:yep

I dont care about the fight, What gets me is 1) How ******* try to deflect 2) how fast the cut has healed up since Floyd is going to jail. 3) how vocal team pac got all of sudden.

this is a good fight for Pac....Peterson is a skilled black fighter, will give Pac problems with his body work

also has no chance to be boring unless Peterson pulls a Mosley (which has zero chance of happening)

 

given the animosity between GBP and TR, I don't think Arum would allow Pac to fight Peterson when he has Jones, Bradley, JMM and Cotto.... and even Rios.

This fight Peterson is just not happening.

 

Peterson nearly beat Ortiz in a fight many fans thought he should have gotten the nod for his effective body punching. Ortiz claimed no one prior had hurt him to the body like Peterson did.

I agree that Peterson is out of his league with Pac, but why not take the money rather than a smaller payday vs Khan where he is likely to lose his titles anyways.

Although, ATM, the best fight for Lamont, IMO, is Bradley or Morales, unifying and becoming undisputed before cashing out vs Pac Floyd or Khan.

 

GBP put up a card against Top Rank's Cotto/Margo PPV. Started another war just as things looked like they were improving. Gotta lay this one on GBP.

I had my doubts that the Mayweather fight would happen. So Pac-Peterson is good matchup for me.. We'll get to see what Pac really has left in the tank.

 

No it's not, you ****ing idiot. Don't you think that'll be the first thing we'd do? Over the past 24 hours, I can't find a single reputable website talking about a Pac-Peterson fight for April. Even the Scene of Boxing - a ****ing gossip site that picks up on absolutely anything - hasn't had a sniff of this.

Seeing as though this threadstarter is the only person making such a claim, the very least he should do is provide a source.

 

I agree, i can't see this fight happening. Bradley is more likely, however it would have nothing to do with Golden Girl. Peterson is a free agent and can do what he wants.

 

Dumbass TS should atleast mention the source if he's not linking it, he's full of **** and normally hates facts so it's not far fetched to assume he's talking our of his ass again.

However I counted atleast 13 sites that spoke of the fight with quotes from people in the inter circles IE ARUM, and ROACH. No one said the fight was done, but its there.

Once again I dont see anything wrong with the fight only that Pacs camp was saying that he wouldnt be ready for a may fight with Floyd so if he fights in april, may or june is shows that Pac has truely been ducking Floyd once and for all.
