Fight that should be made, Butler is gaining nothing from fighting these Bulgarians and needs someone who is going to actually test him. Sexton finding it hard to get a decent fight also so seems logical that these two should meet in a real good young fight.

Personally I think Butler would win pretty comfortably, I don't rate Sexton at all and think he should probably have 3 losses on his record by now
    What you think?

Butler is ready to the step up.

    Just needs the opportunity.

    Butler beats Sexton today.

Seen Butler spar Sexton down at Arnie's he handled Sexton with ease, Jane Couch filmed the spar and was really impressed with Butler

Sexton was lucky not to have two losses already.

Arnie what is happening with the British Super Flyweight title, how the **** has Haskins still got it, hasn't defended it in 2 and a half years.

He's gave it up now m8 and I can't see why Butler v Sexton is not for the vacant title, with Haskins out of the picture I think Butler & Sexton are the next best to fight for it IMO

I think Butler/Donnelly should be made for the British title, both from Liverpool/Merseyside and the two best contenders.

  11. I can't recall a fighter who's career has stalled as badly as Sexton's.

He seems like a complete cockhead anyway so I'm not all that bothered, but it does seem strange how he was put into a British title fight, then started having long periods between fights, and fighting average opponents all the time.

Butler might get him at the right time.

    Butler ****s him.
He handled him with ease at Arnies a while back and would do so with relative ease should they meet for real.

As said by others Butler had his way with Sexton in sparring. I spoke with Paul just after Xmas and he was keen to push on and fight for titles. Cant see Sexton hearing the final bell
