Does anybody remember this former British boxer who held the WBO title?
Was he a slick boxer worth checking out?

He's worth checking out if you have an interest but don't expect any better talent on show than passable by world level standards.

Blew any chances of building on his fine win over Philips by pulling out close to his 1st defense against Bronco McKart in america, which got him stripped of his title, then dropped his hands & got ko'ed against Ryan Rhodes in his next fight back at domestic level.

Alleges Warren assured him he wouldn't be stripped if he pulled out, yet he was. pwn!

Jones was really good, bit chinny but he put his shots together lovely. His win over Phillips is testimony to his ability as a boxer. He should have fought McKart it wasn't as hard a fight as it looked on paper.
