So because a big WW couldn't KO him that means a LHW couldn't KO him also.:nut Your not the sharpest tool in the box are you.:-(
WTF? This would be completely embarrassing. Williams would have no advantages whatsoever at 168 and above. Not even power. He would get utterly humilated.
No thats something you cant even answer...How do you know what Williams will be in the future...You must forgot that Williams is still rather young and Joe Calzaghe is retired...For you to sit here and say that is flat out bull****! You seriously cant tell what the future brings. No one can!
yeah i dont exactly like that match up... but paul continues to surprise us... so you never know what he has in his bag of tricks..... it would be a very interesting match up
I'm talking right now.Obviously he can improve. And if Calzaghe is retired why is Williams speaking this BS then?
just go to boxint tlk and go threw there archives and go to the article thats on feb 16th 2009... he said he plans to get him out of retirement....
Williams length is still an advantage at 168 vs Slappy. His wingspan is the same as Wladimir. And to say Calzaghe would KO any good fighter is nuts. He's never done that. His only KO's are against tomato cans.
we could only asses this when we see williams at 168 and how he looks perhaps v other current fighters. how much speed he has lost and how it has affected his workrate as well as how the much heavier weight of punches at 168 affects his mentality. its not that easy. from 1997 to 2009 no middleweight title contender managed ever to win a bauble at 168 and when welterweights and light middles stepped up they were shadows of there former selves. even winky wright was fat/bloated and slow around the supermiddle class.
