No...Duran would counter the **** out of Williams and his leaky D, working his way inside and bangs away all night. Id be suprised if Williams saw the final bell..especially at 147.
I have noticed that even with his big advantages in height and reach that Williams is still rather easy to hit, and seems to cut easily. i think if he was ever to fight in the supermiddlweight/lightheayweight divisions he'd have a lot more trouble against larger fighters, plus his chin is still untested. The only reason i think he would have a chance against duran is his 6'1 82 reach compared to Duran's 5'7 66 reach, and Williams high work rate and great stamina.
Paul Williams doesn't always take advantage of his freakish height, instead, i often see him fighting like a small man and I can see Duran getting inside on him and breaking his ribs. Duran would have an easy time bobbing and weaving, slipping punches, and finding his way inside william's body.. Duran would kill him.

The Punisher is made to order for Duran. It wouldn't last seven rounds. Williams is busy, leaky and sloppy. Duran is precise, evasive and doesn't exactly shy away from a hard scrap. I'd predict a discouraged look on Pauls face as soon as the third round.
Duran sodomizes Tall Pall, I don't know if he can go the distance and if he does his face would look hideously disfigured
He showed impressive,reflexes,speed,intellagence, technique and power in the Quintana fight,he should fight like that more often,if he fought that way he would have a good chance against Duran.
