I'm eating my crow, RC. That kid boxed beautifully tonight and got ****ed over by Houston judges. That is some Bull****. :-(

Diaz's face was all busted up. He took a lot of punishment in this fight. I thought they were gonna consider stopping it after the 10th when paulie was taunting him so badly.

Paulie literally and figuratively boxed circles around a slow, plodding diaz.

I had Paulie winning the last 5 rounds and winning the fight.

    Terrible decision from the judges.

Feel sorry for Malignaggi. The judge who gave it to Diaz by 8 ROUNDS........wants sacking.

118-110 is a robbery. Plain and simple.

The others had it closer but I had it just like Harold's 115-113.

This decision represents everything that is wrong with boxing. It put a damper on an otherwise very entertaining fight bout fought at the highest of levels.

Its all good man. If Paulie had a strong right hand this wouldnt have even been up for debate. I know a lot of people dont like Paulie. But, the guy does have some real boxing ablility, he has heart and he has speed.

Absolutely ****ing disgracful. Paul was right when he was speaking aswell. This is the kind of **** that makes me not want to get into boxing and it's a real shame because I ****ing love the sport but this kind of **** puts me right off.

...and half way through the fight I was starting to think Paule was making Diaz look so average maybe we're over rating JMM?!? and that pile of crap of a decision happens.

I need to hear a good explanation.

Exactly. One big reason I'm a big fan is because the guy boxes at a level that should be way too high for him given that he's got no power. It's not easy to fight championship caliber opposition with two healthy hands, but the guy doesn't even duck pressure fighters when it's clear he's at a natural disadvantage vs them. Even if people aren't fans, I hope they at least respect him. Even with the flamboyant antics, he's got as much heart as any "purist" could want to see.

He had Diaz figured out dead to rights by the final third of this fight. It's a shame we'll never see the rematch because Diaz's team saw the same fight we all did. By the end of it, Juan was a beaten fighter and he acted like the beaten man.

    8? that was 10. 118 - 110 is a 10 - 2 rnds for Diaz

Very solid post rock. By the second half of the fight Paulie was controlling the action and moving like a champ peppering diaz;s face and eyes with multiple jabs and sticking a solid right in wheer he could. I had him winning rds 7-11 easily. Most of those rounds arent even up for debate. he also won rd 1 easily.

You're not the only one man. I think I've spoken my mind on it for the night, but this one's going to leave a sour taste for a long, long time.

Almost as bad as the Burton/Augustus fight. That fight still lingers on with me and I have a feeling this one will as well.

That's another one I've had on my mind lately since it's looking like it could be the end of Augustus' days of entertaining us in the ring. That one is probably the worst robbery I've ever seen on the judges' cards. For ref antics, Reid-Ottke is pretty ****ing tough to beat. It's just a damn shame we're able to bring up bull**** like that off the top of our heads.

    THAT'S what's killing boxing.

Being on your bicycle and landing some pitter pat here and there is not dominating a fight.
