I think a bet on Paulie to win on points is a very good bet indeed, and the one I will have. Obviously I want Hatton to win, but he's ready now to 'go'. Perfect time for Paulie to face him
I think there's more opportunites to make $ in boxing than any other sport (even though their are obviously limited opportunities). Malignaggi at 2-1 seems like a great price to me because I don't think he'll get KO'd/TKO'd (and most bookmakers think theres a decent chance of that) so if the fight goes the distance, I feel it's nearly a tossup as to who wins the bout.
I've just put 6020 vcash on Hatton I'm not that confident though. I may stick a tenner real cash on Pauli. I'd like to see Ricky win though because if he loses he will probably quit.
I think Malignaggi needs to switch to Winning gloves in order to give his hands a chance. I know they are bigger and will probably slow his punches down but he's got to remain a 'two handed' fighter against Hatton to stand a chance.

3 things. 1. Hatton might be shot. He looked bad vs. Mayweather and Lazcano. 2. "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." NOBODY knows how Floyd Sr.'s work will influence hatton....It could make him a whole new,better fighter. Or, maybe Hatton can't box differently than he always has. 3. Paulie has been a walk in the park for nobody. The Cotto match is A LOOOOT closer than people give him credit for.
