Well, all is fluid. Abraham is the only 'challange' left that is likely at 160 right now. Sturm won't fight Pavlik or Abraham. We will have to see on the 21'st if Abraham can change his style enough to be marketable in the US. He is on record as saying he KNOWS he has to be more active in his Miranda match up. Personally I would not be surprised if there is no Pav/Abe after the 21'st.

For the Abraham fight to materialize, King Arthur has to beat Miranda decisively.

But you are right, there are more exciting fights for Pavlik than Rubio.

    My guess would be Cleveland.

If he fights Rubio next then it is a huge let down! People are looking for him to fight Calzaghe, Hopkins, Jones, Abraham, not some guy who would be lucky to get a main event on ESPN.

That was either Trinidad or Mayorga. Both were speculated at one point or another following JT II.:!:

Assuming he beats Lockett, Pavlik should go after Jones, Calzaghe, or Abraham. Calzaghe would be the highest risk, but highest reward if he pulled it off. Duddy would be $$$, but wouldn't prove a thing. Trinidad, even at this point, would be a draw at MSG and look good on the resume. I don't see the point in Rubio after Lockett.

My preference for Pavlick would be Abraham, Winky and Calzaghe in that order.
