WWM pretty much called me a fool for saying Williams would get dragged into a fight at some point. Then they announce they plan on going on the offensive and KO'ing Kelly. :rofl

The midget couldn't KO what he couldn't reach. His tactics would not work against Kelly. Lay on the ropes and draw the opponent into range. Sorry, Kelly's arms are too long for that.

Williams just isn't experienced enough not to yet. He's got a good chin, he's got heart and it's a huge occasion, with those in mind, I think the atmosphere and intensity gets to him and he gets dragged into a war, and in that situation that Kelly will always prevail. He doesn't have the experience or craftmanship to stay out of trouble and box.

Sorry, but his reach has nothing to do with Arthur thumping him over the chin with that left hookercut.

Once it hits, Pavlik would get his clock cleaned and Jack Loew would have to call in the doctors for immediate medical attention. :D

Neither do I. He's obviously got one-punch knockout power, and a cast iron jaw and a relatively tight D. His counter punching with that left hook is also pretty good. I used to be a fan after the display of his chin in Miranda I, and display of his power like against Gevor. But I've watched him and I still don't get what all the hype is about.

But I'm not sold on his ability to box or set-up a knockout, because he's too wild and doesn't work hard enough. He relies on guys coming onto him and then setting up the big punches. And sure Pavlik will always be moving forward and be in range, but he'll always be working aswell, and Abraham despite his chin isn't going to be able to take leave himself open setting up a counter while taking Kelly's punches.

not only that, but he's not used to have a bigger guy actually walk him down all fight and being thrown at w/ such heavy hands at the same time. he can bounce around and be loose w/ his d against smaller guys and winky doesnt fight like pav so he's gonna have his hands full thats for damn sure

The 30 seconds or so he lets his hands go simply tie up or fire straight shots down the middle.

Just cant see Pavlik winning this one. Williams is just too good to be beaten by a straight foward guy like Pavlik. Williams by UD

Easy win for Pavlik against the midget, just like Hermit's analysis, don't know why it did not happen. If only Bob Arum had the balls and predicted the fight like yourself. I mean Boo thinks aa lasts as long as Rubio maybe less against the goat at MW "the ghost", and Hermit thinks he is a midget who won't be able to reach Pavlik.
Easy fight for pavlik wonder why it did not happen.
