    I havn't read through the entire thread. Did Piped tell him to do this? Or does he read the forum?

    Piped WISHES he could tell him to do this. I really can't say how this materialized. I have my suspicions about what some infrequent posters seem to know and contribute from time to time. I won't give names, but there is the 1/10 rule. Probably only one in ten people signed up actually post. Others read without signing up, so it is hard to say for sure.

    But yeah. It was a nice little gesture/surprise. I'm sure it wasn't from his father, Mike Pavlik though. I cornered him at the live radio broadcast night before the fight. He didn't remember me any more than I remembered him from high school. That was a little disappointing. I thought there were two things EVERYBODY from high school remembered me from. One was hooking a radio to the school PA system from time to time. Only the faculty/staff seemed to NOT know who was doing it. The other was an 'incident' at our senior class assembly. I won't go into that. :D

    Turns out the guys that were doing the radio show, father and son, are related to my brother by marriage. They were even in that group of 100 people Kelly mentioned by name in the post pressor. That is as closely connected as I can claim.

    Egotistical describes me?? lol. That's a first, but I guess you could have called me worse..:lol:. Alright, alright...I just got home from work and got my ass chewed on all day, so sorry for the post. You also know that's not how I roll. After having the day I've had, that first line came across wrong, but after reading it again...and knowing Hermit, I understand it's a joke.

    Yeah. He should have just asked Diaz, "Didn't you learn to not get cut in you last loss?" Given the home court advantage, Diaz should have just decked him. He would have gotten away with it in Houston. Not sure HBO would have minded.
