Pavlik needs Mora for a tune-up about as bad as I need an ******* in the middle of my forehead.

If we get AA/Lorenzo on tape delay, that rescues the night. However, Lorenzo is a better fighter than Simon - - - think about that one!

Horse manure....... This **** has been going on for yrs......... It's just that the promotions are now different due to all the modern cable/satellite/ PPV feeds that are now installed throughout millions of homes......... The aspect of hyping a big fight by staging a ranked fighter against a lesser opponent on a double-header type card has been going on in boxing ever since I can recall.... The only real change is the money...... nowadays, an average / over-hyped boxer can earn a sizeable payday by fighting a lesser opponent, thanks to Cable & PPV outlets and a generous promoter.....

It makes me ill to think that guys like Camach, Jr. & Jameel McCline along with several others, like Eddie Miranda from this era can basically retire off their ring earnings, if they have been modest and not too impulsive with their living standards..... Then you take legit fighters prior to the 'Cooney' era who fought often and hard, and yet, still must go out and seek work after they hang up the gloves.....

Basically, I don't care if a promoter wants to hype and pump a certain group of fighters, but I hate seeing these type getting over-paid........ That's all I'm saying there....... Peace.....

Personally, at 160, I see Pavlik easily drilling Mora a new ******* in roughly 3 to 4 rds....... I just can't see Mora doing well here.......... Pavlik is a huge middleweight in the mold of a "Monzon or Zale." I'm NOT saying that Pavlik is highly skilled; he is not... BUT! He can fight and punch with authority......

But, didn't you read the threads Boo? L. Simon is the previously undiscovered Crown Jewel of Philly. Pretty hard to top that, even for Lorenzo.:!:

I understand it's a tune up fight but honestly I would rather him fight Felix Sturm or John Duddy. People are blasting Williams for fighting Winkyh when he's a better opponent than Mora ever dreamed of being.

    ****in' A. Skippy.........:D

Q: Wasn't there a top dog from England at 160 pounds named Harry Simon a few scant yrs ago near the top of the 160 lb. ratings?? I never saw the bloke in action, but I think his career was ruined by a freak car crash that killed a person or two...... I think Simon was also drunk while driving...... Any truth or news to this???
    :huh
I recall former WBC champ at 154 named Lupe Aquino got popped for roughly the same thing... Drunk driving that resulted in a car crash / death.....

I generally try and keep it civil, but you know what?

    **** YOU *******!

Anyone that thinks these guys don't deserve what they earned in the ring risking their health and very life I have no respect for. NONE.

Arum has to take care of his fighter so they can last long. After Pavlik KTFO mora then abraham vs pavlik can be made. :good
