    Why would a fighter want to use PEDS. I'm going to ask vitali, Pacquiao, Toney or vargas this question and see what I can come up with. Pacquiao isn't guilty but I thought that I would ask.

    Because he might be on PEDS. PEDS give you strength. Nobody wants to fight a cheater except fighters who want/need a big pay day I guess.
