WAS a catchweight fight....Floyd was unprofessional and came in over...then Marquez didn't require him to make the weight...so it WAS A CW fight....it changed to a non catchweight fight when Marquez agreed to the higher weight...yea his fault..

you are like the other *****s. so it's not a catchweight fight anymore since floyd decided to change the rule one day before the fight. a rule that would save him paying up 10% of his purse which would amount to million aside form the 300k per pound that he would pay above the agreed upon catchweight of 144.
