Floyd by stoppage in a one sided fight. Marquez is a great fighter, but Floyd at 130 was pretty much unbeatable, and he would have Marquez outgunned in every facet of the game. Floyd by late stoppage.
Marquez being a counter puncher is exactly the reason why he has ZERO shot in this fight. The key to beating Floyd is pressure. Trying to box with Floyd, or trying to counter him is like trading punches with a prime Foreman. In other words, its suicide. Marquez would have to pressure Floyd, but that wouldnt work either cuz its not his style, and also because Floyd is the naturally bigger man and would be able to man handle JM on the inside. This is actually a mismatch. Floyd wins it any way he wants basically. Being that Marquez is a naturally smaller man, I think Floyd would stand his ground, and beat the living **** outta JM before stopping him in the 8th or 9th.
