    Duran vs. Mayweather at 135.

One of the best fantasy matchups ever.

The Mayweather at 135 wasnt as smart as the Mayweather now. Therefore I think if they were to have fought exactly how PBF was at 135 to Duran was at 135, Id take Duran in an easy UD possibly TKO. PBF at 147/140 vs Duran 140/147 would be much closer.

Top 5 for me just on what he has achieved, Miguel Cotto already has one of the best resumes out there also he is my favourite fighter, if Mayweather beats him he has probably beaten the toughest fighter he may face.

Its funny but i think people have a nostalgic view of the fighters of old i mean can you imagine a fighter from the 50's 60's or 70's with the record of Mayweathers he would be a God like figure!

Mayweather has cleaned out all the divisions he has been in, i was one of his biggest critics with him not fighting Tszyu who in turn lost to Hatton and then not fighting Hatton. But with him beating Hatton albeit at welterweight he has cleaned up all the main players in all of the divisions he has fought at.

Top 20. As of now I have him just inside the top 40. These wins would unquestionable be the biggest of his career, against legit threats I may even favor over him. One of which I can't see Floyd beating period(Williams), so if he overcomes that, he is assured a top 20 placement by me.

    Not happening though.

This will never happen so no one should worry about it.

castillo was in his face all night, and took him to the limit (beat him even) at 135. now put duran in castillo's place that night. duran was stronger, had faster hands and feet than castillo, had the stamina to pressure for 15 rds, had concusive power at 135, excellent boxer, master body puncher, very elusive head movement etc.... a night mare for floyd. duran would have a stylistic advantage against floyd, and would have him looking like a carwreck victim at the end of the fight.

Castillo did not beat Floyd in the first fight. And if you go off that fight alone, then let's go off one of Durans fights where he quit against SRL. I could simply base it off that fight alone and say Floyd would move away and frustrate Duran to the point of quiting because Duran would never hit him.
