This is just another biased fanboy fuled /hate filled thread with nobody thinking objectively. Nobody would have an easy time with Pac, or Whitaker. These guys were too good at their best, and they match up VERY well on paper. They have the same physical dimensions and Pac actually enjoys a speed and power advantage. Stylsitically they match up well too. A defense dynamo vs. an offensive dynamo.

A coked out Pea vs Pac would be an interesting match...I could see Many outhustling that version of Pernell.

You show video of a very immobile David Diaz which in no way resembles any facet of Whitaker's game. A poor example, that's all I was commenting on.

Both Oscar and Pac were extremely fast in their prime..They both have their signature punch in their left...They are both combination punchers.

Oscar is rangier, more powerful, more accurate, better with footwork, and more technically skilled, can cut off the ring more effectively.

Pacquaio may be or may not be faster than a prime Oscar, but is sloppier, less patient, less defense, makes way more mistakes...Perfect opponent for a good counter puncher who knows how to defend himself, and knows how to use his feet.

I know you're hurt your hero's stock has dramatically dropped, and his legacy will be lacking much after the JMM fights and his avoidance of Mayweather, and his continuous in house fighting, and his catch weights, and his opponents fighting coming off brutal losses or fighting them several years past their best....But you need to get a grip man, and get Pac's **** out your mouth.

Oscar is a rightie, Pac is a southpaw, that makes your whole argument look ******ed. Oscar and Pac are nothing alike. And being better at something isn't as important as what you actually do in the ring. That's why we have styles in boxing, and they match up differently. Like I said learn a little boxing.
