Pernell Whitaker v Manny Pacquaio

@ lightweight I think manny loses this. Manny is lauded now because of his impresive achievement but IMO his achievement would not be as remarkable if these weight classes were around 50 or so years ago and he had the same level of competition as there was prior to the 1980s. Beating natural welters is great but to me, Cotto, Margarito, & Clottey are glorified tomato cans who are there to hit, and the fact that they still are able to hit manny frequently tells me he hasn't improved as vastly as some think post Marquez.
I see Whitaker dominating a lighweight manny, as I think manny had serious trouble with a lesser technician in Marquez and whitaker's workrate awkwardness coupled with his greater skillset would decision many easily. @ 147 It might be slightly tougher but 1995 Whitaker could still put it off.
