At least noone is fearing a boring, uneventful fight. The only fear anyone has is Vitali getting injured.

Everyone knows that if Vitali and Peter get in there together, it will certainly NOT be a standoff-ish, Ibragimov/Wlad type fight.

Someone will get severely hurt, period.

It's rare that we see eye to eye, but I couldnt agree more, I feel this fight would be even more exciting than Wlad/Peter, which is a fight I would also like to see in the near future. That just say a prayer that the fight goes down, once both men are in the ring, then I will be happy and ready for the best Heavyweight fight of the decade.:good

I think what the man is saying is that it is OK to be wrong. Pete's a good guy. Wlad's still a force.

I know, It's just not everyday you see a Wlad nuthugger like himself, go out of his way to make a thread commending him on his championship win.

Anytime a man goes in and takes a title away from a champion, he deserves respect.

Peter does deserve credit and i don't say this to take any away from him: Maskaev deserves blame. Peter is criticized for being out of shape...Maskaev was in terrible shape. Compare him to Rahman vs. Peter. Disgraceful how someone who is a champ, who has a full time job to be in shape can't even do that. What a disgrace and an insult to the fans.
