Because at 19 Floyd was weighing in at like 134 for fights - Manny was weighing in at like 114 or something. He is a bigger adult man, this is deceptive because it skips too many of Manny's prime years where he was at 112-126 and Floyd was at 130 all that time.

I think both may very well or may not have taken steroids to be honest but there is no proof against either so I think the debate should be dropped.
