Solis dropped. This guy has a decent chin too. Then again so did that kid that nearly beat Juanma that Gamboa beat like a ragdoll.

If Solid can use his height he could spring an upset.

I expect Gamboa to get him out on accumulation during the mid-to-late rounds though. Solis is very good, but his reputation hangs on getting battered by a lacklustre Pac.

If Yuriorkis is anywhere near as good as I, and many others, think he should get this done impressively in a competitive fight.

Christ Solis got murdered in that round then dropped heavy. He'll do well to recover in that minute. No ****ing chair either, ridiculous.

Gamboa's reflexes are also on song tonight, not looking good for Solis.

No spoilers Flea, I'm watching it after this.

Hopefully Gamboa keeps in "statement" mode tonight.

Solis down for the 3rd time right at the end for the 3rd. He's ****ed, no idea where he is. He's lucky the round ended and Gamboa couldn't follow up.

This is really impressive from Gamboa - the speed and the power is frightening.

Mtagwa was tough, but was fairly easy to wobble. See: fight with the average Villa (great fight)

I agree that Gamboa goes about things in a far classier manner than Juanma. Don't want to speak too soon as this fight hasn't finished yet but I've always fancied Gamboa to have little trouble with Juanma. Both men are hittable, but Gamboa is faster and Lopez's equal in power IMO. Juanma a bit more of a bludgeoning effect, Gamboa more snappy.

Solis down for the 5th time by the fastest flurry in history?

    All over.

    Very, very impressive stuff.
