That's because he was never given a title shot, despite beating everyone worth beating. That in itself is more than enough.

I used to hold that against him. In fact there were times that I would argue that because he never held the title at 175, he should be precluded from holding the top spot.

Conns and Jones Jr just would find themselves at 11-12 probably.

Galindez was a unique fighter...he mauled poor Len Hutchins..really thrashed him to win the title, then he changed his style somewhat to a less aggressive, counterpunching type of fighter..a real surprise going on how strong he was and good a puncher. He was very effective with this style and fought off the ropes alot..was an excellent counterpuncher. Great stamina, and was one of those I have always esteemed as an effective 15 round fighter..going for points wins. I like that kind of fighter and style.

This is purely on the basis of what they did at light-heavyweight. Across their careers, Bob Foster and Archie Moore would be lower, while Sam Langford, Michael Spinks, Roy Jones and Billy Conn would be higher.

    10 Jack O'Brian

Someone else Mentioned Dwight M. Quai, who along with Spinks can easily fill out the bottom half of list. Philedelphia Jack O'Brian got a mention in 10 spot becasue in his time he was considered greatest, and was on a few all time great lists up till 1970's.

Speaking of 1970's, in my time, 1950's till now, it was one of most competitive eras for light-heavies. Yaqui Lopez, John Conteh, James Scott, Marvin Johnson, Mike Rossman, Eddie Gregory (aka Eddie Mustafa Muhammad) and others. Galindez was best of thet era, IMO. His rematch win over Rossman sealed his spot on list for me.

Well im soory but that to me plays a huge part weather or not you are the best 175 guy out there.

I still rated him high. He would be the top guy if he held the title.

I think my list is a pretty dam good one. So you can argue all you want but hey how can you be the top dog at 175 without the title.

Like you said he never even had a 175 World title shot.

**** so he is lucky he is even in the top 10. IMO. Lots of guys pass through divisions but unless your top dog for a while there why should you be rate at all there.

Theres been far shitter lists than mine dickhead yet you call me out you weak *******.

This is Sweet Pea at his best folks.

The guy ive callled out to go in any tipping comp. Yet still calling my list ****.

Why is it stupid to not rate a guy as highly when he never won a title there.
This is Sweet Pea at his so called best.

If there are any others out there like myself that think guys need more fights and title defense to rate higher please join in this argument.

Because Sweet Pea has his little Nuthuggers like ive made comments about.

Sweet Pea im my friend entitled to my Opinion. So everytime i make a post like for intance where i feel you think you know more than myself.

Keep to yourself and your Harada being the best asian fighter all time ass.

Did you pick on anyone else's lists. NO.

Mine because why weve had arguments in the past.

I bet if we were in a Pub you wouldnt argue with me you skinny pathetic Arm Chair expert. Thats all you are.

Period. This is a guy that sits behind a computer calling everyone and there dog out about little issues in a Boxing forum. A guy that couldnt beat up my wife.

Ive seen your pics you skinny ***** and ****.

THATS THE FUNNIEST THING ABOUT THIS BOARD. Sitting behind and hiding behind your computer.

**** you wont even enter tipping comps against real ESB members to see how much he reallly doesnt know about our sport.

he even admitted it by saying he doesnt follow today's fighters. Whats that about. You call yourself a BOxing fan.
Go work on your biceps man because me 7 year old daughter has bigger ones.

Yeah you just made this a personal thing. And i tell you why. I dont mind a argument with you but when you get a little posy on here in ESB then run your mouth like your list is some sort list to go buy.

Well that my friend ****'s me off.

I want a comeback to this. In fact i dare you to finally put up or shut up.

Tipping Comps. Lets see how you really go.
