I'm putting together a lesson for some of you ignorant-assed haters. Here's a taste.

Sugarman fires a left hook feint over the top which hits Holy's shoulder and stuns him. Holy fires upwards with an uppercut but SNV fires an extremely short straight right (3 centimeter) that HAMMERS Holy's wrist to his own head, making his hand come open in a flaccid nightmarish impotent scream of agony. That punch is called the Sugar Short Check Pin Shot. And Holyfield said he still has a dent on his dome from it. Tadow! Get back to me on it when you grasp it, my brother. Ask Noni. She tried to get George to do it and George, of course, could not pull off such a masterclass maneuver.

and this is bad, not for boredom, but for how they looked in there....consdering one had just fought joe louis for the title, and one was an ex heavyweight world champ....yet they look like old fellas outside a pub at night...

Wlodarczyk-Cunningham I and II were pretty bad. A lot of clinches, slow pace

    Hopkins-Calzaghe is a torture

The one that usually comes to mind first is Carlos De Leon v Johnny Nelson.

bodhi, janitor and swarmer will be in here soon to tell you how you don't possess key skills of analysing old fight footage, to see the genius that is taking place right there. How they'd out-slug Foreman and are faster and more skillful than Tyson or Ali

You got there before me Doug :? then again any fight involving either of those imaginationless lummoxs (outside of Wlad-Sanders and Vit-Lewis) would get my pick - but yeah that last Peter fight I actually lost interest and turned off which is beyond belief for me to do - somebody needs to take them down before they take boxing down with them

Chris Byrd vs DaVarryl Williamson is possibly still the heavyweight worst title fight of the past 5 years (despite, sadly, some stiff competition).

At UK domestic rather than world level, Roman Greenberg vs Julius Francis is still my acid-test for bad fights. Shuffle. Jab. Shufle. Shuffle. Clinch. Right. Shuffle. Jab.

Michael Moorer vs Bonecrusher Smith is a real humdinger too.

I hear where you are coming from Sal!....For sheer and utter unenjoyment I would say you can't go wrong with the 3rd installment of the Azumah Nelson vs Jeff Fenech Triology....

Mate Parlov made a young Matthew Saad Muhammad (then Matt Franklin) boring not once, but twice. Truly a unique talent. Hugo Corro also had a gift for dullness.
