Void knew he was in trouble, so he hit on the break and his favorite referee Cortez supported him.

Thats my 1st glimpse of the fight and the last I want to see of it.

Cortez should not be allowed into a circus ring never mind a boxing.

The Vegas boxing commission should be investigated.

Ortiz is an idiot plain and simple, but looked like he was starting to ruffle Mayweather feathers and take him out of his comfort zone if the fight lasted longer I could have Ortiz mabye getting a KO.

Mayweather is a scumbag. I know your meant to defend yourself at all times but Ortiz could have been seriously hurt from the 2 punches that were thrown very cheaply.

If your a Mayweather fan you need a reality check because to support that act of cowardness is shameful.

A fan should stand behind their fighter but question their antics when **** like this happens.

For example Im a Canelo fan but last wk was shocking and the stoppage was bull**** Gomez didn't get a fair shake at all I agree that Canelo was gonna stop him sooner or later but Gomez should have been allowed to go out on his shield .

Some serious questions need to asked about boxing an Ombudsman is needed because the state commissions aren't doing their jobs and too many fighters are getting screwed over.

You completely f*$k up the meaning of a word and it's "semantics"?. You might need to go back to school and work on that vocabulary man.

Damn even Mayweather's most solid punches looked soft.
No wonder he's avoiding granite chinned fighters as of late.

I'll agree with that. Mayweather moved into the punch, and ate the punch that followed, too. Ortiz did land a couple of punches in the follow-up flurry, but didn't do much damage. Still, I think Mayweather's flurry at the start of the round was more effective, and did more damage. It was a good back and forth round, but I still think Mayweather was in control of things till the headbutt and events that resulted after that.

U wanna pull the stat card ?
    Floyd's jab percentage ? 12% on a b level brawler

Jab not working and Victor was starting to land on Floyd.

Floyd should have schooled him w/ the jab but he cant land it when he faces a good or better right hook.

Victor didn't land any of the jabs he threw against Mayweather though, and without that punch to establish range, he was facing an uphill battle against a fighter who could consistently counter with the right hand.
