Who came out of the fight with a swollen eye and a busted nose? it wasn't DLH. and even when DLH was getting tagged, he was never hurt how you describe it. Oscar kept bringing it to try to make the fight live up to the hype! That's not Oscars style he is no pressure fighter, but he took the initiative. Floyd would of been content with a boring fight as long as he won, thats how much Floyd care about giving you an exciting fight.
And? Aside from Hatton who has Floyd stopped that was worth a damn at LW and above? You'll mention opponents with good records like N'Dou who were never anything better than B level. Mitchell is probably the best name you could come up with and not only was that stoppage sketchy as hell, but he was an already faded fighter. Problem is, he has guys like Cotto around to possibly take his 0 away, and he isn't risking that for anything. That's where Joy Boy and Pernell differ. Pea always took on the best, past prime or not.

Floyd was at his peak at 130, he has gotten worse in a head to head sense as he has moved up in the weights.

I thought the fight was even, an argument could be made for either fighter being the winner, and I've watched it a few times. What it really comes down to is the fact that Chavez is simply much better than Castillo, but implies a similar style as they trained together. Therefore the comparisons between that fight and a mythical matchup between Floyd and Chavez are justifiable, whereas Floyd fought nothing like Meldrick Taylor, nor did he fight like Whitaker(nor was he actually as good as Whitaker).
I agree with the notion that PBF does not fight at all like Whitaker or Taylor. As a matter of fact, his style is eerily similar to his uncle Roger.. Easy pick ......Chavez takes this one by UD or late stoppage.

You see this is how you know you are dealing with fools who never saw the dude fight but a few highlights on youtube. Its not there fault, he didnt become truly popular until his bout with Gatti. Mayweather was far and away a superior boxer to his uncle, who dropped Sweet Pea btw. Speed, technique, strength, fighting against the ropes, in the center of the ring, infact one glaring difference his Floyds ability to land punches out of the shoulder roll, something Roger wasnt particularly adept at. Floyds most powerful shots have come against guys pressing him against the ropes, and this is somehow seen as a flaw in his game lol. Floyd gashes Chavez up like De La Hoya did, prime or not.
