Im a Calzaghe fan and I have no problem putting Pac ahead of him on the p4p list.

I dont choose who I like due to their p4p ranking...the p4p listr is imaginery.

How come after any big fight or performance the first man they are measured against is Calzaghe!??

Yet people still slag him, say he's no good, never make a top 100 etc.

    People, He is your yard-stick.

    Apparently.

Why is this a case for goading Calzaghe fans?

Pacquiao and De La Hoya fought last night.

I think you'll find most fans of calzaghe are fans of Pac too, so i don't think this pointless thread is gonna iritate anyone to be honest

Seriously, the JC fans cant argue about this since they claimed Hopkins win over Pavlik should put JC at #1

    Pac's the man.

No way around that now unless Joe signs up for a cruiserweight title fight or calls out the Klitschkos.

Look, the p4p list is 100% OPINION. As **** a list as it is, Boxrec's list is no less official than Ring. Its completely subjective and any one list is as valid as another.

For the record (an unapologetic Calzaghe fan) I had Joe #1 after he beat Hopkins. But after last night for me Pac is back at the top of pile. Again, this is just opinion there is no official title.

    Fair play.
If manny lost this fight badly I would have put calzaghe p4p #1.
That did not happen and even although Oscar put in a terrible performance and looked MORE outclassed than Diaz did there is NO doubt that pac is p4p #1.
    Tremendous performance.

It cemented his place as p4p No.1, for those who had any doubts.

    I'm a huge Manny fan.
I'm an even bigger fan of Calzaghe but Manny is so sensational, it does not bother me one bit because he deserves the spotlight 100%.
Sounds to me like you're just hating though...
