Yet you completely ignore my point, and the fact that Khan does not have the footwork to land the jab as often as you believe, fast hands or not. Or these swarming attacks you think Kahn will have success with, Mayweather's footwork is far superior than that of Khan's...Mayweather will not stand there and let Khan hit him without countering him. Height is irrelevant. God knows why you would use Judah and McCloskey as examples, the latter making Khan miss and look amateur for long periods.
Chavez Taylor Stoppage was right move Bute didnt get a long count Liston didnt take a dive Jack Johnson didnt take a dive I thought Cloud beat Campillo I think TV networks due a lot to hurt boxing by not approving of certain fights Watched Ottke vs Mitchell and thought the fight was close and could go either way Calzaghe is the number 1 super middle all time Haye is not a top 5 cruiser Chavez Jr is a good fighter and got a title in about as many fights as his father did at a similar age and beat better fighters on the way up than the guys Chavez was beating in mexico
In no particular order you have guys like Holyfield, De Leon, Wamba, Jirov, Nelson, Norris, Gomez, Bell who all had more title fights and fought longer at the weight Haye won the undisputed version of the belt but guys like Braithwaite and Mormeck and Bell fought all the tough unification fights before Haye came in and beat Mormeck Haye is good but his 2 title fights at the weight and shot title reign to me doesnt make him top 5 when you have guys like Gomez and Jirov and Nelson who reigned a while and defended their belt a lot
other controversial opinions Khan was rightfully deducted but i still feel he did enough to keep the belt Hopkins Pascal 1 was the right score Ruiz won the Valuev fights Ruiz vs Holyfield 1 was not that bad of fight as ppl make it out to be
-Bradley vs Alexander was entertaining -Both Klitschko give tough time to ANY hw in history -Current Wlad would have a great chance of beating a prime Tyson -Joe Calzaghe gives a really hard time to a prime RJJ
Chisora beat Vitali. I would say he deserves a rematch if he wasn't so disrespectful before, during and after the fight.
I agree with the second point mate. Fury can fight and defend on the inside. Styles make fights. Aslong as Fury turns up in good shape physically and mentally (Chisora fight) he beats Chisora in a rematch.
It makes me laugh when so many people said after the helenius fight that Chisora would KO Tyson if he was in shape. DelBoy cant bully, intimidate or outhustle Tyson. He cant beat him up on the inside & Tyson can outjab him on the outside. I think Chisora can hurt Tyson but I doubt he can finish him, Tyson wins on points again imo in another good fight.
All good points mate. And If you remember the extra weight Chisora was carrying give him more power if anything. Without the extra weight Chisora wud have a higher work rate and would be faster, but not by much. Also Fury hurt his hand early in the fight. If Chisora was in shape, and Fury didn't hurt his hand, then the rematch would be the same as the first fight, with the same outcome but with more punches thrown.
Also if you compare Chisora's press conferences with Vitali and Helenius, and his press conference with Fury, he was very quiet with Fury. The weird thing is that it seemed like Chisora wasn't intimidated by Vitali but was by Fury. Weird stuff.
hey if your gonna disagree with me on a controversial opinion thread than do share some of your own controversial boxing opinions before you criticize some one elses I gave Cloud the 1st 10-7, and then 4 pretty clear, 5 was inconclusive and swung by 2 big Cloud punches near the end enough to steal, 6 was clear, the 11th because of the bomb he landed after the break and the domination after the break, the 12th he won easy maybe the 11th can be swayed away as i was a little reluctant to give to Cloud, so fine Cloud loses the 11th but thats still a draw and Campillo doesnt get the title
I have done a couple of days ago within the same thread. Take a look . Cloud doesnt win a round after the first.
Chisora did not want the fight, he'd had some personal problems & wasnt motivated. At the pressers Chisora hardly said a word whilst Tyson had midget bodyguards & was riding round London on a horse & cart with a megaphone
