It´s a common criticism against canelo, and a fair one. But I think he looked impressive against Lopez and I think Lopez is a good fighter, I think he looked better than people expected. IMO he evolved a lot in the last 2 years.

I'm more annoyed with Roach.

 

Interesting fight IMO. Let me know what you think of both, as people don't know too much of Kong the performance slips under the radar but I think considering how the Thai fought and the adjustments Roman had to make it may have been one of the Mexican's best wins.

 

I couldn´t finish the fight, watched only some rounds....impressed so far, with the thai actually, he is better than I would expect, I´ve seen before his fights on MT IIRC, you posted on the MT thread in the mma forum, but that´s the first boxing match I watch of Kong....

I love him, man. Somewhere in the middle rounds there Cloud actually managed to land a flush left hook and B-Hop just dropped his hands, pretended to stumble and smiled. Looked good, took the punches perfectly fine. He'll be fighting - and winning - at the top level when he's 50.

 

I have nothing to add other than we need to badger McGrain into moving him up the p4p list. Maybe he takes Hearns' spot...

 

I just can´t believe it. We all know Cloud is nothing special, actually very limited, but still with that considered is quite impressive....
