    ^ Why would you do 100 situps in 49-degree water when the air temp is 46? Are you mad? What purpose could that serve? Badass all the same.

    yeh, sparred 4 rounds on monday at repton then on Tuesday did training at the real fight club. itwas a real eye opener the differnce between top class guys and me. Its really giving me targest to aim for and an eye opener to the pro side of boxing. Also new trainign things like Mayweather pads which i was real good at and fighting in the pocket and that stuff that you never do as an AM

    i sparred a guy Ward at Repton he is amazing the best guy i have ver sparred

    Sutherland and Tony Salem and Brian Lawrence were all nice guys. Darren was speaking about De Gale and how he took the pressure off of him and spoke to us like he had known us for ages and was happy to speak to us a total nice guy.

    Salem was quality aswell he was abit quiter though

    also we met spencer fearon aswell who was a real nice guy aswell. No where near as cocky as he comes across on. He was quite quiet watching us train then he went and spoke to my Dad (who didnt hava clue who he was) They spoke away for 10 mins then Spencor offered him 3 ringside tickets for his show in July so he better still be offering them in July as were going down to london to get them in July.

    You're going to go to BUD/S? Jesus Christ, good luck man... My dad has spoken with a couple SEALs in his time, and one of them said he was hallucinating during Hell week...
