I'm tempted to bet on Mayweather to stop Pacquiao at 7-1 odds. Problem is that Mayweather hasn't legitimately stopped anyone since Ricky Hatton. That's over five years ago.

Still, there's something about this fight that makes me think Mayweather will stop Pacquiao. The beginning should be for Manny, but if Mayweather wins the first few rounds, Pac might get raggidy in there, and he's been tagged by everyone when he's careless.

Pacquiao has done a real good job being elusive at welterweight, but I think Mayweather will land some flush right hands, and I'm not sure Manny takes them that well.

7-1 odds for Mayweather to stop Pac. I like it. Want to drop 500,- on it

Just wondering why there is so much disdain for certain fighters of the past on this site, I know we all have our personal favourites but we do ourselves no favours by slagging off other great fighters. In truth the likes of Dempsey, Marciano, Frazier and Tyson are all great fighters and everyone on here knows that full well. I've been guilty myself of slagging off certain fighters but it's all tongue in cheek, some of the blinkered fanatics on here need to have a word with themselves. Now let's see how long we can be honest with each other and give credit where credit is due....

Yes but the thing is, deep down we all know that the fighter we are putting down is a great fighter. Some fanatics are way too easy on this forum.

Truth to be told...it's all in good fun. At least for me. Sure we all have our opinions about this fighter or that fighter and sometimes things get a little testy but that's part of the passion of the place.
    I can appreciate that.

Anyone who truly loves thus sport can at least appreciate the almost inhuman dedication and commitment it takes to be a professional fighter, especially at the top level.
